As of 1 November 2025, Friends of Ostomates Worldwide-USA (FOW-USA) stopped paying for shipments of ostomy supplies to individuals, because of the high cost. We offer the following suggestions to obtain supplies:
1. Check with local hospitals, health care clinics, ostomy clinics, ostomy nurses, and ostomy support groups, to see if they have supplies available to help you.
2. If they do not, please provide us with the name and email address of the individual or group. We will ask them if we may send them a large shipment of supplies to distribute to ostomates in their area, including yourself.
Please look at the bottom of this section for groups in various countries that have received products in the past and who may be willing to help you. Please ONLY contact a group in the country where you live.
3. Find individuals or groups in the USA who could receive our donated supplies, and then send them to you. FOW-USA pays the cost to send the supplies to your USA contact, and they pay the cost to forward the supplies to you.
We will let you know when we send the supplies to your USA contact. Please ensure that they will pay the cost to ship the supplies to you.
