Please contribute in whatever ways you are able, in order to provide needy ostomates overseas with a healthier and more dignified life.

Donate Supplies
FOW-USA collects ostomy-related supplies from generous individuals, associations, groups, and companies. See the FAQ for types of products that FOW-USA can (and cannot) use and how donations should be prepared and shipped to our warehouse. Contribute Financially
On average, the shipping cost to send supplies to our overseas recipients is about $2.00 per pound. As our shipments may be nearly 1,000 pounds each, shipping costs are significant and rising. Although FOW-USA is made up of volunteers, we do pay for our warehouse lease and for the overseas shipping costs. We rely on the contributions of organizations and individuals to support our mission. Give Your Time
Our Board of Directors is made up of volunteers from all over the United States. We meet twice a year to conduct organizational business. During the rest of the year we communicate from our home cities via phone, email, and fax. If you think that you might be interested in participating in FOW-USA as a Board member, contact FOW-USA by email ( info@fowusa.org ) and a volunteer will contact you.

If you live in the vicinity of our warehouse in Louisville, KY, and would like to volunteer there, also contact FOW-USA by email ( info@fowusa.org ) and a volunteer will be in touch. We need volunteers at the warehouse to identify, sort, and repackage incoming donated supplies, and to help put together supplies for shipments to recipient organizations. Whether it is occasionally, once a month, once a week, or more often, any time you can regularly donate to the warehouse will be helpful and welcomed.
